Meet Sara Oliver: Your Personal Trainer
Hello! I'm Sara Oliver, and I’ve been a personal trainer since I was 20 years old—a long time ago! I hold a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston, along with a minor in Nutrition.
For the first decade of my career, I focused on one-on-one training specifically for women. In 2009, after starting my family, I launched
Adventure Boot Camp in Deer Park. I started the boot camp with a 2 year old and a 9 month old! It's been incredible to continue working with clients who joined me on day one. Our early morning sessions at 5:15 am bring us together in movement and motivation, and we always welcome newbies looking to join us.
In 2017, I expanded my offerings to include Indoor Weight Training classes. This shift was a response to clients who desired a later start and air conditioning—a request I completely understand!
In 2022, I took my coaching to the next level by becoming a FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach. This certification allows me to coach clients from anywhere, significantly broadening my reach. I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through proper nutrition and our engaging 30-minute workouts available via the app.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. In 2022, I discovered the FASTer Way to Fat Loss at a time when I was 45, dealing with weight gain and frustration. This program introduced me to the importance of proper macro intake, the right approach to intermittent fasting, lifting heavier weights, and prioritizing rest and recovery. These changes significantly improved my body composition and motivated me to help others on their health journeys.
After becoming a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach in the fall of 2022, I have had the privilege of coaching over 100 women. Witnessing their lives transform has been nothing short of inspiring; it feels like a calling to guide others in healing their bodies and growing stronger. When we prioritize our health, we empower ourselves to fulfill our purpose and serve others. Conversely, neglecting our health can hinder our ability to live out our calling.
